Rachel Tolosa Paz is a writer and photographer with a focus on Argentina, the arts, culture, food and travel. She writes for Lonely Planet, Atlas Obscura, Viator, Galah, The Saturday Paper, Rugby World, Artist Profile, Art + Australia amongst many others. She has written three books on Argentina: The Food of Argentina (Smith Street Books), Argentina (Lonely Planet) and Buenos Aires (Lonely Planet).

Her best-selling first book, The Food of Argentina, was published by Smith Street Books in November 2018. It appeared in People, The Good Weekend, Vogue Living Australia, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, MiNDFOOD and SBS Food.
